1. There are no returns on custom engraved items
2. All medical bracelets have plates made of either stainless steel or nickel
over brass. Recognize that each bracelet has a plate that comes in contact with the skin.
3. General Sizing information (add 3/4 inch to your wrist size and then see below)
6-8 year olds 6 inches
9-13 year olds 6 1/2 inches
Adult (small wrist) 7 inches
Adult (average wrist) 7 1/2 inches

1. Rubber bracelets: additional holes can be punched in the band. If an additional hole is needed, we suggest having it done at a shoe repair shop since they have the right tools that will not split the rubber. Also if you chose to cut the band down to a smaller size, make sure you do not cut it down smaller then necessary.
2. Mesh bracelets: The mesh bracelets are sizable from small children through adult. To size your mesh bracelet:
a. turn the bracelets inside out
b. locate the notch on at the outside of the small clip.
c. insert a small tweezers or pointed item into the notch
d. gently lift up on the clasp.
e. if you are in the right spot, the clasp should easily open
f. remove the mesh from the clasp and cut it to size. Make sure you do not cut it too far.
g. re-insert the mesh into the clasp
h. with pressure, wiggle the mesh back and forth as you snap closed the bracelet. Feel free to call the office with any further questions.
